– Ryan Murphy’s shootout goal lifted the Grand Rapids Griffins over the Bakersfield Condors 4-3 on Saturday at Van Andel Arena. The victory marked the first shootout win for the Griffins since Jan. 22, 2020, when they defeated the Iowa Wild Patrick Curry notched his first goal of the season in the second period. Calvin Pickard continued to dominate, as he notched 34 saves and his third win in his last four appearances.
