Raanta of Hurricanes leaves Game 2 against Bruins with upper-body injury

Antti Raanta sustained an upper-body injury in the first period of Game 2 of the Eastern Conference First Round at PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Wednesday. Raanta was injured at 7:47 after he was hit by Bruins forward David Pastrnak as he was playing the puck just outside the crease. Pastrnak, who made contact with the goalie's left leg and head, was assessed a minor penalty for goaltender interference. "Obviously he didn't come back, so that's not a good sign," Carolina coach Rod Brind'Amour said. Rookie Pyotr Kochetkov, who made his NHL debut on April 23 and played three regular-season games, replaced Raanta and made 30 saves....
