Storm add Jake Bricknell
Manchester Storm are delighted to announce the signing of forward Jake Bricknell, most recently of Maine Mariners (ECHL). The Ontario native has made over 200 major junior appearances in the OHL with Belleville Bulls, Hamilton Bulldogs and Guelph Storm, between 2013 and 2017. A one-year hockey hiatus was ended when Bricknell signed with Kansas City Mavericks (ECHL) in August 2021. His rookie season in the ECHL was split between Kansas City Mavericks and Maine Mariners in 39 professional games the forward has 9 points (3G 6A) and 55 PIM’s. Jake possesses a really heavy shot; he has a great release and enjoys putting pressure on the opposition crease....
