As if the depth chart wasn’t crowded enough, it appears that the Red Wings are not yet finished with free agency this year, signing veteran defender Robert Hägg to a one-year contract nearly two weeks after free agency opened. A realistic contract for Klingberg in Detroit might be something like the deal Ben Chiarot signed with the Red Wings in free agency.
