Poitras being sent to Providence just shows how his development has been mismanaged. He wasn’t ready for NHL last year, just look at his performance at world junior championships - average at best. Rushed to NHL by a GM that needed to prove the organization had some young talent on the horizon. Another example of the arrogance of this GM. Need a GM that understands how to develop talent and build a team using analytics and proper cap management like B. Lawton....
