With Dubas in the building, freshman Knies delivered a tour de force performance in the Gophers' 4-3 comeback overtime win over Massachusetts Friday. Knies still needs an entry-level contract, however, and he could still play another year in college if he chooses. But why on Earth would Knies not be interested in hitching on for one of the most compelling playoff rides?
