The Winnipeg Jets came into last season pegged by many as a legitimate Stanley Cup contender, but continuously underachieved during the campaign, finishing sixth in the Central Division and well out of the playoffs. The Jets’ complacency, inconsistency, and recurring foibles were frustrating to watch on many nights and led to many missed opportunities. The Jets suffered many disappointing losses in 2021-22.
