Goaltender Thomas Milic will start for Canada against Germany on Wednesday at the world junior hockey championship after replacing starter Ben Gaudreau in a tournament-opening 5-2 loss on Monday in Halifax, coach Dennis Williams told reporters on Tuesday. Milic took over for Gaudreau in the second period after the latter gave up five goals on 17 shots. Milic stopped all 10 shots he faced the rest of the way. A native of Coquitlam, , Milic is 11-2-1 with a goals-against average save percentage for the WHL’s Seattle Thunderbirds this season....
