The Winnipeg Jets are mired in a 4-game losing streak and, heading into the playoffs, look fairly defeated. The absence of Ehlers and Lowry has certainly made life difficult, but Winnipeg is getting stifled by the team it’ll face in a 7-game series. If the Jets can’t find a way to pull it together against the Oilers, they’ll be heading to their fishing boats in short order. A win tonight will not erase the 2-6 record against Edmonton, but it could go a long way in restoring at least a little confidence in the team. Just no more McDavid hat tricks, please, I beg....
