Comparing the Jets’ Bottom-Six to the Best of the NHL
The Winnipeg Jets enter the 2023-24 season with something to prove having consistently boasted a potent offensive attack led by their top-six forwards. In this article, I’m going to dissect the Jets’ bottom-six and compare it to the other premier bottom-sixes in the NHL. I foresee the Jets rolling a top-six in no order of Mark Scheifele, Kyle Connor, Nikolaj Ehlers, Gabriel Vilardi, Cole Perfetti and Vladislav Namestnikov. The Flames have a solid bottom-six forward group that is mixed with both veterans and young forwards. The Jets have a mediocre, but competitive roster which is filled out with a solid group of forwards....
