The 2022-23 NHL hockey season will be here before you know it. For the this offseason was mostly about tearing it all down, but they did add a few new faces to their roster. The 28-year-old played the last two seasons with the Los Angeles Kings, where he contributed 21 goals and 19 assists in 75 total games. Let’s remember Athanasiou only played in 28 games last season, and the previous season was tough for everyone because of the 56-game shortened season due to the pandemic. In no other season of his seven-year NHL career has he managed more than 18 goals or 33 points....
