Adam Fantilli of the University of Michigan is filing a draft diary for NHL.com this season leading up to the 2023 NHL Draft at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on June 28-29. The 18-year-old freshman center (6-foot-2, 195 pounds), who was born in Nobleton, Ontario, is No. 2 on NHL Central Scouting's midterm ranking of North American skaters presented by BioSteel. He has 55 points (21 goals, 34 assists) and six power-play goals in 29 games this season. He has 24 points (eight goals, 16 assists) in an 11-game point streak. He had five points (two goals, three assists) and 21 shots on goal in seven games to help Canada win a gold medal at the IIHF 2023 World Junior Championship....
