In this series, we at The Hockey Writers look back at each Predators player from the past season, break down how their campaign went, and assign a letter grade reflective of their overall performance. Saros is one of, if not the only, reason why the Predators were in playoff contention late into the regular season. Timely contributions from their young forwards helped ease the burden, but Saros’ play kept them in it most nights. He led the NHL in GSAx and deserved to be a finalist for the Vezina Trophy, despite voters thinking otherwise....
