This is a flawed team built by a flawed GM. Lack of talent combined with trade protected contracts for overpriced 3rd and 4th liners has resulted in no trade able assets and no real prospects for the future. Flawed drafting and flawed signings by the arrogant GM has resulted in a team that has lost more games - 16 - then they have won - 15. Hopefully ownership is finally starting to peel off the Teflon from the flawed, out of touch Teflon Don GM and has started to look for someone who understands how to build a competitive club by incorporating analytics in player evaluation and cap management like B. Lawton. Only way to turn this team around is by having a new approach to management, player evaluation and drafting....
