First and foremost it shows SWAYMAN isnt a starting goaltender in the NHL! What made ullmark and swayman good was the rotation allowing rest as needed. I would start with making Korpisilo the starting goaltender going forward. Take the C from Marchand and assign it later until you start getting scoring. I think Marchand is under performing to not get traded and waiting on extension. Not having the C other teams will really get under his skin putting the fire back in him hopefully.
The upstairs needs a change sweeney and or Neely need to go....
