The Petes would find themselves looking for their first win in three games as they traveled across the border to take on the Flint Firebirds on Saturday night. It would be a special game for Sahil Panwar as he would take on his former team for the first time. Peterborough would have multiple chances to even up the game, but Peterborough native and St. Louis Blues prospect Will Cranley would shut the door and give Flint the lead going into the break. Just 24 seconds later, Tucker Robertson would put one past Cranley to give the Petes their first lead of the game at 1. The Petes would stay in front until the 11:49 mark, when Simon Slavicek would put a rebound past Sztuska to tie the game at 2-2....
