Canucks' Demko being evaluated for unspecified injury, considered day-to-day

(LM Otero/AP) goaltender Thatcher Demko is being evaluated for an unspecified injury and is considered day-to-day, head coach Bruce Boudreau said Tuesday, potentially sidelining him for the team's final two games of the regular season. Without him available to dress, Spencer Martin will get the start for the Canucks on Tuesday night against the Seattle Kraken. Boudreau did not elaborate on the nature of the evaluation being done, nor was Demko officially ruled out for the team's season finale on Friday against the Edmonton Oilers. Demko last played on Saturday against the Calgary Flames, allowing five goals on 30 shots in what ended up being a 6-3 loss after an empty-net marker....
