Kyle Dubas has arrived in Pittsburgh to take the Penguins back to the top. Dubas will wait to hire a general manager (GM) until later in the summer and will be the one handling all of the Penguins summer transactions including trades and free-agent signings. Last season was a huge disappointment , so it will be up to Dubas to steer the ship back in the right direction.
