Dundee Stars secured an important road win in Fife to help their playoff push, beating the Flyers 4-1 in Bengtsson then set up Charlie Combs in front for a powerplay goal that beat Shane Owen tight to the post. Prior to doubling their lead, Dundee had also had a goal washed out for the net being dislodged before the puck crossed the line. Combs got the lone goal of period three which put the Stars into a three-goal lead. However, Gabriel Desjardins’ first goal in over two months gave the Stars the insurance marker they needed with 2:28 to play....
