Everblades take seesaw battle against Stingrays in overtime

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC – The Florida Everblades (29-15-4-4) extended their win streak to five games on Saturday night with a 6-5 overtime over the South Carolina Stingrays (17-27-6-0) at the North Charleston Coliseum. Just seconds on their first power-play, the Everblades scored first as Tyler Nanne blasted home his first goal in a Florida sweater. The Stingrays wouldn’t trail for long courtesy of a slapshot from the point by Karl Boudrias 13:33 into the opening period. Russell Jordan’s second goal of the season gave the Everblades a 5-4 advantage before Jade Miller’s goal at 17:17 forced overtime. Everblades and Stingrays will conclude the weekend series tomorrow at the North Charleston Coliseum....
