Evgeny Kuznetsov cleared to return by NHL/NHLPA Player Assistance Program
The NHL announced Saturday that Washington Capitals forward Evgeny Kuznetsov has been cleared by the NHL/NHLPA Player Assistance Program to resume practicing with the team.
