Ottawa Senators Sign Dustin Tokarski To PTO

He'll join his former teammate Linus Ullmark, as the two shared the crease in Buffalo with the Sabres in 2020-21. Ullmark started 20 games that season for the Sabres, and Tokarski started in 10, appearing in 13. Linus Ullmark/Dustin Tokarski prior to the second session for Group One after a flood. #Sens @FullPressNHL pic.twitter.com/WyX1HAevFA— Murray Pam (@Pammerhockey) September 19, 2024 Tokarski spent all of last season with the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League, where he registered an 11-9-3 record to go with a 3.32 goals-against average and an .897 save percentage.Overall, in 80 NHL appearances, for the Montreal Canadiens, Tampa Bay Lightning, the Sabres, Anaheim Ducks, and Pittsburgh Penguins, he's posted a 3.15 GAA with a .902 Sv%, while recording a 23-24-12 mark.He'll get a chance to compete for a roster spot on the Sens behind his old pal Ullmark, with the likes of Anton Forsberg, Leevi Merilainen, Michael Simpson and Mads Sogaard.
