Cam York’s sophomore season continues with Michigan selection

We’re going to have to wait a little bit longer for York to potentially join the Flyers. If you were hoping that Cam York would be able to inject some life into the Flyers’ defense in the coming days, you’ll have to wait a bit longer. During tonight’s NCAA tournament selection show, the Wolverines drew Minnesota Duluth in the first round.

Other Flyers prospects participating in the tournament include Noah Cates (Minnesota Duluth), Gavin Hain (North Dakota), Bryce Brodzinski (Minnesota), Jay O’Brien (Boston University), and Jack St. Ivany (Boston College).
Notably, the Western Michigan Broncos were not among the teams selected, meaning that Ronnie Attard’s sophomore season has concluded. It’s possible that Attard goes pro and joins the Phantoms in the coming days. Bobby Brink and the University of Denver were also passed on in the selection process.
The tournament kicks off this Friday, March 26th, with Wisconsin versus Bemidji State, followed by Michigan and Minnesota Duluth. Or for Flyers fans, York versus Cates....
