Reilly Smith of the Vegas Golden Knights may be moved this summer, according to Frank Seravalli. The 30-year-old right winger has one year left on his current deal. It carries a $5 million cap.The Golden Knights have become well-known for their limited cap space, so trading Smith does make sense. At this current time, the team has a strong group of wingers, but are rather weak down the middle. Trading Smith would give them more money to help with that ongoing issue. Furthermore, Alex Tuch is more than capable of taking over Smith's spot in their top-six.Smith also had a bit of a down season for his standards. In 54 games, he scored 14 goals, but only had 25 points. That type of production is lower than his previous years, so this may be something the Golden Knights keep in mind moving forward. Smith has been a big part of the Golden Knights since their inaugural season and is a fan favorite to many. However, after their deflating postseason loss to the Canadiens, change is certainly needed. We will see what occurs with him soon. Photo Credit: © Stephen R. Sylvanie-USA TODAY Sports...
