The 26-year-old forward will now look to continue to a key part of the Sharks' roster as they carry on with their rebuilding stage. Kunin appeared in 77 games this past season with the Sharks, where he had 11 goals to go along with 18 points and 165 hits. Overall, the Missouri native continued to be a solid physical forward for the Sharks, while also giving them some decent offense production in the process.While Kunin is not known for being a big time star for the Sharks, he has plenty of value with the club, as he has blossomed into a notable leader. Thus, with the Sharks having so many young players on their roster, keeping Kunin around for next season makes perfect sense.
