Flyers' Carter Hart to Miss Multiple Weeks
The Philadelphia Flyers have been handed some tough injury news, as Carter Hart is expected to miss two to six weeks due to a mid-body injury, according to Anthony SanFilippo. With that, Cal Petersen is expected to be called up.Hart was injured during the Flyers' last contest against the Buffalo Sabres and left early because of it. Now, we have a better idea of how long he will be out, and it is disappointing news for the Flyers. They have been off to a decent start in 2023-24, but losing Hart could change that rather quickly. Hart currently has a .913 SV% and a 2.52 GAA in eight appearances, so it is fair to say that he has had a strong start to the 2023-24 season. However, his start will now have to be put on pause due to this injury. We will now need to wait and see how the Flyers perform without their star netminder from here. photo credit: © Eric Hartline-USA TODAY Sports...
