This team and roster are such a shell of themselves from only 2 years ago, it's shocking! Marchand is no leader! When a team loses 7,8,9 veterans and although they were older, they sorely miss the likes of Faligno, Bertuzzi, Hathaway, Hall, Clifton, Craig Smith, Nosek and of course Bergeron, Krejci. AJ Greer leaves Boston and flourishes with Florida, that grit, never replaced!
I don't believe Sweeney will make a "hard decision trade", he'll stand pat, play it uber safe and keep his gig! They'll back into the playoffs, which is really the most important thing the owner wants to declare! See fans, we've extended our playoff run, all is well! Way to go Cam and "the Don"! Trade Marchand, collect a cpl of chips, resign him for 2 years this summer, trade another 4-6 guys, most important of them, Swayman! Just my humble opinion....
