OT hero Domingue gets Game 2 start for Pens

Coach Mike Sullivan said that Game 1 starter is day-to-day with a lower body injury. When asked if injured regular-season starter or DeSmith could be available for Game 3, Sullivan said the Penguins aren't thinking that far ahead.
