He later made his NHL debut with the Sens during the 2012 NHL Playoffs, appearing in two games. From there, he spent the 2012-13 season with the Senators before being dealt to the Ducks as part of the package for Bobby Ryan. Following this move, Silfverberg spent the rest of his NHL career as a member of the Ducks. During his prime years with the Ducks, he was a strong part of their top six, where he posted four seasons with at least 20 goals and three with over 40 points. As his career is winding down, Silfverberg has spent time in the Ducks' bottom six, where he has provided decent secondary production. Along with that, he emerged as one of the club's top leaders, as evidenced by him sporting an 'A' on his jersey. Silverberg had an impressive 12-year career and will naturally be remembered most for his 11 years as a Duck.
