Alex Ovechkin's broke the NHL goals record on April 6. And according to Fanatics, that wasn't the only record he broke that day.

Ovechkin set Fanatics' all time single-day merch sales record for an NHL player, aided by new items released celebrating Ovi becoming the league's new goals king.
