Flames home winning streak ends at 11 with OT loss to Canadiens

CALGARY -- Ben Chiarot scored his second goal in overtime when the Montreal Canadiens ended the Calgary Flames' 11-game home winning streak 5-4 at Scotiabank Saddledome on Thursday. Nick Suzuki had a goal and two assists, and Mike Hoffman had a goal and three assists for the Canadiens (14-34-7), who have won six of seven. Elias Lindholm and Andrew Mangiapane scored, and Jacob Markstrom made 30 saves for the Flames (32-14-7), who would have set their record with a 12th straight home win. Mangiapane has scored eight points (four goals, four assists) in a five-game point streak.
