Canadiens expected to hire skills coach Adam Nicholas
The are expected to hire skills coach Adam Nicholas in a player development role, Sportsnet's Eric Engels reports. Nicholas has been working for the Leafs as a skills coach consultant since October 2019 and is the founder of Stride Envy, a player development company. An announcement from the Canadiens is supposed to be made within a week. Montreal has also hired Vincent Lecavalier as a special advisor to hockey operations and Nick Bobrov as co-director of amateur scouting.
